Overview

Join digital and innovation leaders for our inaugural forum

Designed for board-level and senior leaders accountable for digital and innovation, this forum is your opportunity to share learning, influence national policy making and accelerate improvement. 

Why this matters

Bringing together members of the legacy NHS Confederation Digital and Innovation Leaders Forum and NHS Providers' Digital Leaders Network, this forum will create a single community of digital and innovation leaders from across the NHS. 

Operating under Chatham House Rule, this member-only forum will provide you an opportunity to:

  • Share ideas and exchange learning.
  • Gain insights from frontline digital, government and national body leaders, with opportunities to help influence future national policy. 
  • Engage in interactive sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.
  • Have open and honest discussions with peers in breakout sessions.

 

I find these very useful as a reminder of the priorities at a national level, and things we should be thinking about as a board.

    • Digital leadership: the national picture

      A conversation with NHS England on what the shift to digital means in practice for leaders across the NHS. We will explore the national direction of travel, from reimagining how care is delivered through digital, to how funding and resources are being directed to support digital transformation.

  3. 14:00Session 2

    • Peer networking

      Opportunity to connect with fellow digital leaders from across the NHS. Share what's working in your organisation, where the shared challenges are, and feed directly into the future direction of this forum, telling us what you'd like to see covered at upcoming sessions.

This forum will be taking place during a session at NHS ConfedExpo. You must be registered to attend the conference in order to join this forum meeting.
